These Terms of Service govern access to and use of INVESTEPPRO, the application and technology platform (the "Service"), exclusively owned by Innovati Systems, LLC (the "Company"), a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Illinois, United States.
By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using any aspect of the Service, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction of residence and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you are not granted the right to access or use the platform.
Los presentes Términos de Servicio regulan el acceso y uso de INVESTEPPRO, la aplicación y plataforma tecnológica (el "Servicio"), de la cual es titular exclusivo Innovati Systems, LLC ("la Compañía"), una sociedad de responsabilidad limitada constituida en el Estado de Illinois, Estados Unidos.

The user is solely responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality of their authentication credentials and for all activities or operations that occur under their account. The user must immediately notify Innovati Systems, LLC of any suspected unauthorized use or security breach at support@investepapp.com.
Innovati Systems, LLC shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence or failure to comply with this obligation.

The Service provided by Innovati Systems, LLC is strictly a technological tool for analysis, simulation, mathematical optimization, or statistical tracking of market data. The platform DOES NOT constitute, DOES NOT offer, and MUST NOT be interpreted under any circumstances as:
- Financial advice, investment recommendations, or capital/asset management.
- A broker-dealer or Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) registered with the SEC or CFTC.
- A solicitation to buy, sell, or trade options, equities, or any other financial instruments.
Innovati Systems, LLC is not a Broker-Dealer and is not a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). No content within the platform constitutes a solicitation to buy or sell options, stocks, or any other complex financial instruments.
Financial data and technical indicators displayed by INVESTEPPRO originate from independent third-party commercial sources including Finviz (finviz.com) and OptionSlam (optionslam.com). Innovati Systems, LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness (real-time vs. delayed) of such data. The user accepts that data streams may experience delays or inaccuracies beyond the Company's control.
Trading securities, options, volatility instruments, and derivatives carries an extremely high risk of rapid capital loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance, graphical simulations, or mathematical calculations generated by the software do not guarantee future results under any circumstances.
The Service operates strictly under an automated self-service modality. It is the user's sole and exclusive responsibility to configure parameters, select calculation options matching their specific financial scenario, and verify compliance with applicable laws. Automated tooltips or mathematical layouts do not constitute personalized guidance. Innovati Systems, LLC does not provide human assistance or individual advice for trading execution.
El Servicio provisto por Innovati Systems, LLC es estrictamente una herramienta tecnológica de análisis, simulación, optimización matemática o seguimiento estadístico de datos de mercado. La plataforma NO constituye, NO ofrece y NO debe interpretarse bajo ninguna circunstancia como:

All source code, software architecture, algorithms, visualization tools, interface designs, logos, trademarks, and textual content of INVESTEPPRO are the exclusive intellectual property of Innovati Systems, LLC, protected under U.S. copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws and applicable international treaties.
The user is strictly prohibited from: reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the software; using web scraping, data mining, or automated extraction tools on the platform; or redistributing, reselling, or publishing data streams processed by the software to any third party or commercial entity.
The platform may reference, display, or link to content that is the intellectual property of Investep Academy and/or its representatives, including but not limited to: the Investep Academy name and logo, photographs or likenesses of Yoel Sardiñas, social media profiles or channels, and Amazon product listings affiliated with Investep Academy. This content is used solely for educational and contextual reference within the platform and remains the exclusive property of its respective owners. Innovati Systems, LLC does not claim ownership of any Investep Academy brand, imagery, or affiliated commercial content.

Access to premium plans is processed through Stripe, LLC's automated billing infrastructure. The user agrees to pay applicable amounts plus any applicable federal or state taxes.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless the user cancels the Service from their settings panel before the renewal date.
New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 calendar days from the date of initial purchase, provided no abuse of the policy is detected (e.g., multiple refund requests, excessive data extraction prior to cancellation). After this period, all transactions are final and non-refundable due to continued access to the digital infrastructure. To request a refund within the eligible period, contact: support@investepapp.com.
El acceso a planes premium se procesa mediante la infraestructura automatizada de Stripe, LLC. El usuario se compromete a abonar los importes aplicables más los impuestos federales o estatales correspondientes.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors in data flow.
To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of Illinois, in no event shall Innovati Systems, LLC be liable for damages exceeding the total amount paid by the user to the Company during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
El Servicio se proporciona "TAL CUAL" ("AS IS") y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD" ("AS AVAILABLE"), sin garantías de ningún tipo, ya sean expresas o implícitas, incluyendo garantías de comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un propósito particular o ausencia de errores en el flujo de datos.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. Any legal action, litigation, or proceeding arising from these Terms or the use of the Service must be resolved exclusively before state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois, and the user expressly waives any other jurisdiction that may apply.
Estos Términos de Servicio se regirán e interpretarán de conformidad con las leyes del Estado de Illinois, Estados Unidos, sin dar efecto a sus principios de conflicto de leyes. Cualquier acción legal, litigio o procedimiento derivado de estos Términos o el uso del Servicio deberá resolverse de forma exclusiva ante los tribunales estatales o federales ubicados en el Condado de DuPage, Illinois, renunciando expresamente el usuario a cualquier otra jurisdicción que pudiera corresponderle.
If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Innovati Systems, LLC with respect to the use of the Service.
